Why I Built Barrett Governance Architecture (BGA)

AI is entering outpatient care faster than governance frameworks can keep up. Dentistry, physical therapy, chiropractic, optometry, and even hospital systems are adopting AI tools that influence diagnosis, treatment planning, and clinical decision‑making — often without the safety, validation, or oversight structures that protect patients and clinicians.
